We want you to be happy with CalWorkLaw. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request a refund in one of two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at calilaw@icloud.com with your order number and we will help you process the refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; if you are within the 30-day window, request a refund as above.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, refunds are at our and Paddle's discretion and are not guaranteed. We will review legitimate exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or service failure on our side).
